Early in the morning

Yesterday,I just couldn't sleep till this morning.Even right after i've caught a late movie (Terminator Salvation was good!) & turn in bed super late.Still i find myself waking up as early as 0800 hrs for practice which eventually turn into a tutorial.*giggles*



Bau,that's where my breakfast cum brunch ended up.



Bau,a small town not far from Kuching. Car Q was as crazy as in City due to Gawai holidays.



These are the Morning peeps. Rose, Ed & JF. Jello whom came joining us later in the noon.



NK, the only departmental store in Bau.Since it was Gawai (Harvest Festival in Sarawak), expected to be fill with crowds.



We decide to check it out.Perhaps, different branches has different offer. The guys headed straight to the inner wear department. *ngah ngah*



While Rose sneaking thru' the junk food.



'Cause there were just too much of a crowd. We left empty handed.



Since we're in BAU. We decide to stroll around the town itself (since it is all walking distance) & headed to Blue Lake (Tasik Biru)

We didnt walk to Blue Lake.We hitch a ride from Jello since he was just around the 'round-about'. Like those James bond movie, where the ride came & these peeps jump into the wagon n called it free ride.



Suk abis bah! They didn't last long until they gave up & came sitting in the car as it was steamy burning hot outside.



What else there's in Bau?Well,Rose & I got ourself some salted fish.*shiok*



Bau has Singha Thai Beer. Why Kuching don't have?!!



It was hot. We're trying very hard to open our eyes for this frame bah.

Breeze Kuching Launch Party - Victoria Arms

Breeze Kuching Party was a blast! 30th April '09, Victoriam Arms (Merdeka Palace), Kuching- Sarawak.

Breeze Magazine is a local lifestyle magazine only found in East Malaysia! A friend of mine whois based in KK 1st introduce the magazine to me, so that was how i came to knew bout the mag named BREEZE (i think i still have the 1st issue laying somewhere).Previously, Breeze Magazine only circulates around Sabah.

The party not only was a BLASt! But was a hell-lala event! You don't get to see this uber sporting mens strips half naked (with fit upper torso ok!)



You don't get to get to watch DJ leiley doing his 'thang'. Not to mention the crowds that move with the beat. (ain't those pongo-pongo moves)

Made them competed for free style dancing. Some made the wau bulan dikir barat dance, some dance the chicken dance, some tried to shuffle while others just shys away.

She's one groovy dance(2 thumbs up), the competition was well too easy for her to win.Guess the winner wasn't her dou. The crowd gave louder cheers to the shy ones. It not easy to come up and stand in front of many people. Its fair enough to the crowd to decide ain't it?

You don't get to see cute hunks walking round in one night.(there's only space for few hunks only), from top to toe wored sponsored attires like Limited Edition, Absolutely Boutique & I.T Fushion.

You don't get to see cuties walking around in pretty dresses..

There are things you don't get to see. That's why is not only a BLAST! but it definely hit BIG & BOLD.

Here's why you should get your ticket again!They are not Green day, Pearl Jam nor Nirvana. But they sure do rock bottom! Striking every beat of drums, stroking every string of guitar & pitching their passion through their songs.

Khai ( 忾)

The members:- Edwin (Vocals, Guitar) ,Jal (尧)(Guitar), Brian (Bass) & Joanna (Drummer)

The roots of Khai traces all the way back to the college days of bassist Brian and guitarist Jal who were first introduced via mutual music-loving friends. College came and went, but the friendship and musical interests remained and the two stayed in touch. The two jammed occasionally with drummer Joanna, who also plays in another band with Brian.

Talk of forming a band together have long been in the cards but nothing concrete came from it until February 2009 when Jal hooked the band up with experienced musician, studio owner and music teacher Edwin, who he had met at gigs around the local scene. Fronted by Edwin, the four-piece Khai plays a fusion of funk, grunge, punk and old school hard rock and heavy metal, which lyrics that range from everyday life to social-political issues.

Swing Habit

In 2006, Swinghabit consist by 5 people, each from a different band got together. Felyx (lead singer), Zaiz (guitarists), son of Yang (guitarists), Sung (bassist), and tenji (drummer ) have a different concept of music, so pop punk band in the form of a dynamic of their young side.

Instructors Orchestra Monkeykat (Ho KANG Wei Instructor of Music Orchestra), under the guidance carefully and successfully in 2008 filled rock song heart charity Competition and won the best prize Typhoon

Rock Paradise

Rock paradise form in year 1994,Thomas (leader/guitarist),Nelson (drummer), Ah Ken(Keyboard) & few members. Members keep changing but they still determine to maintain the band. In 2007 lead guitarist Ah sam and guitarist Ah wong join the band. they have the same dream and knowledge, that’s rock n roll never die. Now, they are very active in big or small open performance

Get your tickets! I'll tell you why its worth going.Below i'll preview few bands which gonna hit the stage, their history.

AMS [Amazing Music Staff]

AMS is not just the name, but the band has the Attitude, Made, Sense.
Chinese Interpretation would be attitude, creativity, sense of touch!

Attitude: We adhere to the local Chinese writing lyrics, lyrics of the songs focus on the expression of the message! Without any impact on the mainstream commercial culture!

Create: inside the band is musical culture important. Creative band subject to certain restrictions, the creation of the powerful.
Sense: since the original inspiration for life, pay attention to everything around them, which looks to the future of visual impact.

AMS five members: Yao Tsai(Lead), Sen Xing (guitarist), Keith (bass guitarist & Sudo) &Morderl (drummer ).

Established in 2004, They were 2nd runner up tirials for Yamaha Asian Beat Hong Kong (2007) won the best bass guitarist award & pop band of the same year in the Championship. On top of that, the final to win the Greater China region, Hong Kong Popularity Award. Participated in earnest in 2008 Taiwan's largest music festival D "Spring Scream"!

Visualies


3 members of Visualies:- wai(guitar + vocals),dy(vocals), Russ ( Bass) are influenced by a wide variety of music genres, and we guess it shows in our band's music.
Their remaining band mates have all left this little city we call kuching,leaving the remaining members to continue. Playing and writing music in our free time. oh and about the band name, as you've probably guessed its a combination of "Visual" and "lies". in other words, what you see is a lie. your perception is a deception. or something like that.

Dyerbreed

Dyerbreed was formed in late 2007 and perform for the very first time at the 2007 rock party at Fever lounge. Jerry Ngu the guitarist currently a teacher at SMK Sungai Maong founded Dyerbreed alongside drummer Jacky Chua and Ex-bassist Yee Boon. Norman Tan was the lead guitarist up till late 2008.

He's a size 22 UK. I estimate he weights 3 pounds plus minus. Green big round eyes.Comel giler~



What he does? He keeps me warm & comfy at night. He keeps me company during my readings or even movie marathon days. On top of all, he sings!!
