Pullman Kuching hotel, Nu Er Hong restaurant is currently having their Chinese New Year Chinese Set Menu.
The CNY menu includes the Prosperity salmon “Yee Sang” which was really good.Sauce used wasn't too sweet or sour.It just taste just right!
Spinach noodle cooked with shredded duck meat bean sprout yellow chive.
Hand made noodle which wasn't a all oily or floured after taste. It had that bouncy texture but yet fine.If you grow up eating hand made noodle especially,you can tell which taste better.[Just like Mee Ah tak in Miri]
Nu Er Hong Special ‘Gong Xi Fa Chai” two flavors prawn is juicy & scrumptious. You simply have to try this dish! I could eat the whole servings cause I'm a seafood hardcore lover!
Wok-toss mixed vegetables with fa cai, and house-made sea cucumber sea weed pumpkin ball is the new mix vege. Who could ever come up with such creative dish of sea cucumber sea weed pumpkin ball simply taste so sedap!
