Final city

Final city raided was Bintulu. A city where there wasn't much excitement nor much to its retail podium.

*Aaron! How can you enjoy this?*

Photobucket

Star pub was good. No crowded like Core or VA.

Photobucket

Selection of music was great! Not those Wala wala Bing bang loud music of trance or techno.

Photobucket

The town itself its so small that i could even bump into an old friend of mine who apparently was just sitting next to me.

Photobucket

Tumbina! Mini Zoo where most protected animals are held captive.

Photobucket

Look at this sign: 1st rows stated- Beruang Sun Bear.
2nd rows stated- Harimau/ Tiger,
3rd rows stated- Keluar/Exit

Could you spot the mistake there?

Photobucket

Give a guess of what behind this bars!?

Photobucket

Hint: They are pink legged with white feathers.

Photobucket

They are Flamingo!! I've never seen a real live one,ok!

Photobucket

Taman Tumbina is good for those who love to walk and climb up and down. Don't use sandals when your there, advisable to wear cover up shoes. Can cry use sandals or even high heels. Path way is combinations of tar road to sandy road.

Photobucket

Scary not? These are cages where protected birds are being placed. Hornbills, Peacock/ Peahen etc are among those being placed here.

Photobucket

Cute icon right? Just like the real one also.

Photobucket

This big kitty cat is among the best attraction found there. Indeed very well taken care of. Bet some locals could tell you some stories behind this big kitty dou.

Photobucket

Dear, i meant deer without its antenna.

Ask you ar, Kancil = mousedeer, Rusa = deer, Kijang = ???

Photobucket

Say Aloha to Ali.

Photobucket

That's all! Go to Taman Tumbina, Bintulu to discover thes.I was grumbling the whole journey walking around the taman itself cause my feet was injured with blistered here and there, ok! *sob sob* Nobody wanted to piggy back me pun.

Swan city, Sibu

2nd town raided was Swan City.

Sibu, among those city whom is making ways bridging towards development.

Photobucket

I was asked, Why go Sibu? Its flooded. How to move around? I answered, not the whole Sibu town is flooded only certain areas are affected. Airport still operating what.Wisma Sanyan still operating what. Even the coffee shop where i got the kompias from also still operating. :)

Photobucket

Even McD wasn't flooded ey. Only the road in front of McD was flooding. *ngah ngah*

Photobucket

Not the whole road. Only certain places with poodle of water being filled eh. Not as bad as what the papers reported bah.

Photobucket

The water level was quite high, to the extent the fire bridged had to move its fire saver mobil to higher ground.

Photobucket

Enough of the floods.Remember i mentioned Gordon used to bring kompias back over his day trip to Sibu? Well, his GPS system didn't help much than i don't know where the hell is Seng Kee located nor do i know where to get kompias even. Being adventurous, 1 fine morning i decided to walk around Sibu town itself to find some kompia. The coffeeshop should have them right?

Photobucket

Nah! Here's me eating the kompia which i finally got from the market in Sibu. *Pfft* ain't easy to spot them dou. Its not like its written on a banner- ' Kompia sold here'.

Nevetheless, i had a date over Chau Chai Bee Hoon for breakfast. It wasn't the tastiest but at least.

Next updates would be the final town i've raid.

Love's in the air

How was your Valentine?

Have you pampered and show gestures of love by giving away bouquets of flowers? Made dinner for two? Teddys, chocolate and everything sweet were in mind?

Photobucket

To what extent did you went to make your better half go gaga? To made this day a memory not to forget. To me, aside from gifts is having your loved one beside you everyday. That's Valentine.

This year, all plans for Valentine were off. Meh

Photobucket

Love doesn't dominate, it cultivates.

Bringing back the Magic

Remember back then i mentioned bout 70's? It was that time of the year everyone was waiting for.A night where there's no bosses- Annual Dinner: Theme 70's, Bringing back the magic.

Photobucket

This year less crowd but more balloons & better door gift. Could it because of the theme itself?Or there wasn't much attractive prices? Or could it be there wasn't advance time told on hand as date was a week away from Christmas itself.

Photobucket

What is annual dinner when games is a must, right? Behind those picture are cash voucher from Parkson. Highest value was 1k.

Photobucket

What is annual dinner when there's no alcohol drinks, right?

Photobucket

What is annual dinner when there's no liquor butler, right?

Photobucket

What is annual dinner when there's no cheering & 1 go, right?

Photobucket

Since there were a theme set for this event, there's definitely Best Dress for Male. They were among nominated, You be the virtual judge & see if you could indicate who was the winner that night for male category.

Photobucket

How about Best Dress for Female? Could you guess who?

Photobucket

These were the survivor! :)

Photobucket

These were the druken!*Ngah ngah* It was nor Rihanna performing on stage nor it was any rave party, just a semi striptease show.Ok, i lied. It was just macarena! 70's version.

Photobucket

70's tak? *shakes head*

Photobucket

He's our MD- Dtk. Mok! Dressed from top to toe 70's. I would say He made the event even more successful!

That's all i have to share of the event itself as there were few people couldn't made it. That made me not want to dress to the best nor want to party to the max! Oh boi! i wish you were here this year. This year no kakis.

Till then, Rock on!
